a. "Software" refers to the travel software developed by TSS Travelsoft & Services AB.
b. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Software.

License
a. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
b. The license is limited to the User's internal use and does not include the right to sublicense or redistribute the Software.

Intellectual Property Rights
a. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB retains all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights, related to the Software.
b. The User acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights to the Software.

Restrictions
a. The User shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
b. The User shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Software.

Support and Maintenance
a. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB may provide support and maintenance services for the Software. The terms and conditions of such services shall be agreed upon separately.

Privacy
a. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB respects the privacy of its Users. The collection, storage, and use of personal data by TSS Travelsoft & Services AB are governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

Warranty and Disclaimer
a. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB provides the Software "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.
b. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
c. The User acknowledges that the use of the Software is at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability
a. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software.
b. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User, if any, for the use of the Software.

Termination
a. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB may terminate the User's license to use the Software at any time without prior notice if the User breaches these Terms and Conditions.
b. Upon termination, the User shall cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in their possession.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden.
b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stockholm, Sweden.

Amendments
a. TSS Travelsoft & Services AB reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
b. Any modifications or amendments will be effective upon posting the updated version on our website or providing notice to the User.
